Butterfly Blasts from the Past

Having recently joined 500px, I have been going through some of my shots from the past looking for ones to add.  In the process of looking through my back catalogue, I have also been reprocessing some of the images.  One of my favourite new plugins is Topaz Detail, which I have been using to boost some details and colours.  Other plugins that I have used in these are Topaz DeNoise ( in all ) and a couple have Google Nik Effects (Viveza 2).

I thought I’d post some of the redone butterflies from today.  All these were taken in 2012.

I've been taking macro photography from 2004. I use both Canon film and digital cameras.
