Damselflies of Langford Lakes

Langford Lakes is a newly discovered Wiltshire Wildlife Trust Nature Reserve near Wilton for me.

Had seen lots of Damselflies on a first visit, and returned last weekend.  There were less about, but the weather was not as good.  So must plan another visit soon to try some more.

The following are the two best shots.  The white one is most likely the female of the blue-tailed male shown here, but I can’t be sure.

I've been taking macro photography from 2004. I use both Canon film and digital cameras.
