Mr September Contest

Well I announce the inaugural Macro-photo.co.uk Mr September Contest…

Which of these Macro Misters do you like the best.  ( to be honest I can’t be sure they are all misters !).

This set of images I took towards the end of September on a visit to Blashford Lakes nature reserve.  Before I set off from the car – I had to do some unfortunate emergency repairs on my Canon MT-24ex Twin flash, as the plastic had cracked near the base.  However with a bit of taping up and robbing of some of my diffusion material it was good for an outing held carefully.  The repair – saw my old diffusion setup also having to be quickly hacked and patched – so the diffusion in some of these is not as good as others this year.

Anyway onto the competition !

And first up what I believe is a Turnip Sawfly.
