Herb Roberts

Herb Roberts are an attractive spring flower, and I normally end up taking photographs of them on the 100mm macro lens at some point in the year.  This year was no exception, seeing some nice conditioned individuals along the banks of the Stour River nr  White Mill.

With Herb Roberts I normally prefer to isolate the flower, by shooting it at a wide angle, and let it glow out against the background in its radiant pink.  And that’s what occurred here, hope you like them.

I've been taking macro photography from 2004. I use both Canon film and digital cameras.
