Butterflies at Pignal (New Forest)

Pignal Inclosure in the New Forest, is an excellent place for butterflies, and this visit on a hot sunny July day, proved to be no exception.  I went with the intention of finding some Silver-washed Fritillary butteflies, and was not disappointed, they along with many Skippers were about in large numbers.  I saw at least 50 of them on the visit.  These were not the only butterflies about, and the following pictures show the wide variety that were about.

First off the target Silver-washed Fritillary shots.

And then some of the Skippers that were so prevalent.  The first one being toned by a Topaz Adjust Photoshop plugin effect.  (Autumn).
