Using a Macro Focusing Rail.

I recently described why you may want to use a macro focusing rail, in my article on Focusing Rails.  In this video you can see a demonstration of how to use it on a tripod.  In this example video I used it on a fairly windless autumn day to shoot some shots of some spiders.
